"Came here for a follow up to go over bloodwork results after seeing a couple specialists. This practice didn’t call, text, or email regarding my appointment. When I called that morning to ensure my appointment was that day, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I inevitably hung up and called back. When I arrived, they didn’t have the results from my other doctors that they sent me to. They then asked me to contact the specialists they sent me to and ask them to fax the results. Then they came back 10 minutes later and said their fax was down and gave me an e-fax number and asked me to contact the specialists… again. At this point, it’s 30-40 minutes past the start of my appointment. Then they told me they didn’t want to have me wait and to reschedule. I missed 2 hours of work for nothing. I won’t be going to this practice again. I’ll continue to work with my specialists and find a new PCP. They also don’t have a portal, which makes things difficult."

"AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! I showed up early for my appt and the door is locked (it’s the middle of the day so perhaps this is the first red flag). I could see staff sitting behind the frosted reception windows but no one answered the door or acknowledged my presence. I took off work for this appointment and was never even seen. Called multiple times, no answer despite the staff sitting there. SHAMEFUL! If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"Dr. Duhaney is a competent and caring doctor, but my experience with the office staff has been disappointing. Despite three requests for specialist referrals with detailed information, the office repeatedly confused referrals and offices. The office manager's unprofessionalism, including yelling and blaming me for errors, was unacceptable. As an HMO insurance holder, it is the responsibility of my primary care physician's office to provide accurate and timely referrals. Although they eventually provided the correct referral, it took hours of talking and arguing, enduring the manager's span and unprofessional behavior. I hope Dr. Duhaney addresses these issues, as numerous negative reviews on Google echo similar concerns. Patients should be aware of these challenges before making an appointment."

"After going here for yrs I've had enough and I won't be going back. The Dr is ok but the staff couldn't care less. I hope the poor reviews speak for themselves and people find somewhere else to go because the office doesn't seem to care about their patients. Even getting them to refill a prescription is a nightmare. They are extremely unprofessional and don't make you feel like you matter."

"Dr Duhaney is very kind and listens to you but the office staff is just unprofessional. I've cancelled two appointments with my Neurologist because they wouldn't answer the phone or send my Neurologist the referrals I needed. I'm so annoyed and the referral person I spoke with three weeks ago told me the referral was sent but it wasn't. Many patients warned me on my first visit there how horrible that place is. I wanted to see for myself. Don't waste your time with that place. You're just another patient unless you're willing to go there in person when you need to speak with someone. I'm done with that place."
