"Awful service and horrible waiting times."
"The staff are the absolute worst people you could have working in customer service. They are extremely rude and called the police on me for asking to see the doctor after they said he was too busy even though I had an appointment! They knew what insurance I had and on my first visit accepted my insurance and told me I owed them $89 and could not leave till I paid. I was then told by who they said was the office manager that I could make payments once I received the bill. After receiving the bill my insurance paid all but $30 dollars. So they tried to scam me for $89 on first visit! Today on 2/21/19 I had an appointment t see Alan Bank the so called doctor and I will not show him the respect of calling him a doctor. I showed up to my appointment and signed in. Then a few moments later I was presented with a bill and told the doctor will not see me until paid in full. I then asked to speak to the office manager and it was a completely different person from the last one and she said that I was lied to and that the girl pretending to be the office manager was the scheduler. I am in desperate need of medicine and the scam artists Alan Bank and his incompetent staff took my insurance money and now I have to find a new doctor and it will be even longer before I receive the medication I need to save my life! Please stay away from Alan Bank and anyone associated with this group! They are nothing more than liars and the so called doctors should have their licenses taken from them and barred from the medical field! FYI I am 40 years old and I have had major surgery and in desperate need of a medication I am not physical threat to anyone yet Alan Bank had the staff call the police instead of speaking with me and helping me find a doctor willing to help me. This group is everything wrong with US healthcare system all in one office. Ignorant staff with no compassion for the sick and "doctors" that only care how much money you have!"
