"From the start, his Nurse Heather was very short with me. After filling out tons of paperwork and retrieving the documents they asked for, I was seen by Dr.St.Louis for maybe 10mins for pain management. Then I was told I wouldn't be a good fit for their office and they kept the $400 that they require for a first visit. What a RACKET! Reported them to the State of Florida!"
