"I had a terrible experience with Jennifer Garcia. She literally made me feel 10x worse after all my sessions with her. Therapy is supposed to make patients feel better after each session. In this case, I always felt like I was being judged. Jennifer made me cry and made me feel worthless after each session. She did nothing but judged, belittled me and made me feel like a worthless human. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking mental health. I was going through a very difficult and depressing time in my life and Jennifer did not help in anyway other than making me feel completely horrible about myself."
