"I decided to give this location a second chance after having a bad experience a few years ago. Nothing has changed. The front desk staff are extremely rude. They don’t communicate with you at all as to what’s going on and why you’re having to wait when it’s past the time of your appointment. Apparently the only person in the office that was able to do my evaluation was one person. That person was with another patient doing an exam When the time was supposed to have been spent with me. It’s not a very good look for front office staff to not have proper communication with people that are waiting. It’s rude. I asked for the office manager Lucy and of course I was told that she isn’t available. How convenient! I don’t recommend ever going to this location. I have no clue how good or bad the physical therapist are because I never got to work with any of them. Communication is key and this front desk staff doesn’t know the meaning of it. All they know how to do is talk in Spanish to each other about the patients and think that we can’t understand."

"There is not enough seating in the waiting room to serve their patients. They have moved chairs from the waiting area to the physical therapy area not leaving enough seating to accommodate patients that are there for physical therapy. The staff and therapists are wonderful. You would think the company would spend the money for ample seating."

"I'm posting this on behalf of my mom. For many, many years she has had a terrible pain in her shoulder. This was starting to affect her normal daily functions. She's been going to CORA for a few months now and has not had the nagging pain in her shoulder. She's enjoying her therapy and is living pain-free. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and attentive. The facility is clean and easy to get to. She 100% recommends."
