"This place is an absolute joke and only cares about money, not the well being of patients. I called them two weeks ago to try and get established as I am having a hard time finding a psychologist. Eileen called me back this evening and as soon as I said I am going through an EAP program she said that they “try to stay away from those”. It’s disgusting that they are a provider on this program’s list yet they refuse to take patients. Probably because they just care about money and getting what they can through insurance claims. They’d rather turn patients away facing mental health crises because they’re too greedy and lazy to take an EAP program. Steer clear from this clinic."

"I was hoping the poor reviews were just confused old people that didn't know what to do but, I can tell you that in fact the office is confused and disorganized. Made a new patient appointment. I called as the appointment was coming up and I hadn't received any confirmation from them. Good thing I did because my "profile" was never made. Unfortunately, the pandemic occurred two weeks before my appointment, they waited until the day before to let me know the insurance wouldn't cover the appointment because the doctors were only doing "telephone" calls and my insurance required that it be audio/visual. When I asked if the doctor could possible just do that, I was told consider signing up for medicare (no thanks, I already pay for this insurance) and that they can't do the audio/visual because it's not HIPPA compliant. A quick Google search reveals many options for free HIPPA compliant A/V software (Zoom). My point being this office seems to be managed by everyone's confused and disorganized aunt Karen who can't seem to get it together. Couldn't tell you if the doctors/nurses are any good since I obviously had to cancel my appointment or be charged $250."

"I had an appointment today with Henry Rivera when I got there he told me my appointment was canceled. I told him no one called me. Then he said that he had a problem with treating me. I work for UHC and they were in the news again today. Also, I called and wanted my medical records and he doesn’t do that! He also had a few more words that are too private to mention. I started to say something else and he proceeded to escort me to the door and said he wasn’t going to discuss it! I have never in my life been treated so rudely and he is supposed to help people!! What does where I work have anything to do with anything?? Also it is HIPPA law that they required by law to give you a copy of your medical records! The office staff also gave me a hard time when I requested copies! After I paid them for the records, they finally sent them! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I am reporting him to America Medical Association too! He did further damage to my mental health!!"

"I went to Achieve Wellness Group for years, and I have NO idea where the other rater got their info. If they have your wrong number, then that sounds like the patient's problem. And BS on not taking credit cards- they always took my card. And Dr. Herrin is THE BEST! Kind and understanding with actual helpful exercises that give you tools to cope even after leaving the office. I can't say enough good things about the doctor."

"This group is so backwards. You make an appointment and give them all your insurance info and then when they can't get a hold of you because they have the wrong number they cancel your appointment. Not to mention wanting cash up front (won't take your credit card like any other medical facility). What if someone is suicidal and needs to see the nurse practitioner? You just cancel their appointment because you don't know how to dial a phone number right? Don't go here. I'm sure there are more caring facilities for treatment then these guys!"
