Because of his swift action, confidence, and skill, I was able to make it as far along in my pregnancy as I did. His office manager Jamie, and the rest of his staff, were always very friendly and helpful. "I met Dr Patel in March 2022 right after I had to induce my labor at 20 weeks of my first baby. I was devastated. He was supportive and caring. when I got pregnant again November 2023, my husband and I decided to go see him again. And it was the best decision we could have done. He was always smiling, ready the answer all of my questions (and I always had a lot!), showed me all the details of my baby, never rushed me out of his office like some other doctors do. I was always treated like a patient and not like a number, and I appreciate that. His staff is also amazing! All the girls extremely careful. I highly recommend him."

"If I could give zero stars I would... I saw Dr. Patel during my first pregnancy. He was extremely impersonable and not transparent with my plan of care at all. The worst part of my experience began when I was barely 26 weeks pregnant and I was brought into a room for a fetal nonstress test. I had no additional risks to warrant this test so early in my pregnancy. I was not told what the test was or why I was doing it. I had a fetal monitor attached to my belly (that I physically had to hold in place because my belly wasn't even big enough to support the band!) for over one hour. Following the test, I expressed my frustration with Dr. Patel; his response was that this was "standard practice" and dismissed the fact that I wasn't told what test I was going through or as to why I needed the test done(fyi- because I didn't need it). Every 4 weeks, when I went back for an appointment, I was placed in the room for the non-stress test for at least one hour. I watched other pregnant women (whose first time it was in the room), also scared because they didn't know what was going on. I eventually refused the stress test. Ultimately, I should have just refused to see him, but I didn't know any better. My advice, find another MFM. Don't make the same mistake I did with my first pregnancy. As a patient, you deserve better!"

"The Dr was nice but the receptionist and staff were extremely rude. They only asked about the money and when I said I am not coming back, they asked me "what about your baby?" Like not being there means I am hurting my child. You are not the only office. Maybe start with a smile rather than being greedy in the future.... I would not come back to an office that every worker is miserable and taking it out on me."

"Best experience of my life. We did a blood screening with my gynecologist and I didn’t come back good. We freaked out and before I knew it 20 minutes after getting the information, Dr. Patel called me personally they told me to come in and redo everything and don’t worry. I’m glad I took his advice and I did it because everything came back awesome the office was amazing. Everybody was so supportive and so caring. I know there’s some reviews that talk about the wait in the waiting room. This is only because Dr. Patel likes to take his time and give everybody the attention that they really need and that’s what’s so important. This is my first baby so I can’t wait to have this experience. Thank you to everyone in the office ."
