"I was lied to by the sales department. The only way the salesman could get me to commit to the terms of the contract was to lie about autopay. He told me I could unenroll in autopay at anytime without penalty as long as I let them withdraw the first payment. Once the first payment went through, I went on to unenroll and the terms were to place more money down to unenroll and the terms of my contract were to stay on autopay to continue to receive the discounts. Once my 6 month term is over - I will never deal with such liars again! I called to speak with management about this and as usual - they don't know why he'd say that and that's not how they run business. Just a whole bunch of gaslighting at this point. Words of advise, if you love autopay this is your place, but for those who respect autonomy - NEVER USE THEM!!!"

"The worst claims experience I have ever witnessed. Not only was my car at the body shop for 7 months, after having the local boys club of adjusters tell me to them the claim was closed and there was nothing they could do, then to tell me they visit the shop where my car was at 3 times a week, so why did no one ever check on it? What do I pay for insurance for? Then the shop had additional charges they needed to complete my repair, and the adjusters denied it, causing me to put out about $2000 out of pocket just to be able to finally have my car back. The funny thing is on the bill from the shop, one of the adjusters is quoted as signing off on the repairs, and told the shop while they were on the phone with me that should be no issue getting the repairs covered. I call claims, and no one ever calls me back, then weeks later I have to call and explain the whole scenario again to another person. I have spent probably about 40 hours in phone calls to GEICO, and my car is still not complete, and needs other things repaired. So again, what do I pay for insurance for? Anyone?"
