"ONE STAR IS TOOO MUCH!!!! This company has run me through the ringer they never pay the claims. They cant even get the payment when they do pay to the right location. I would not recommend them to any one STAY AWAY!!!"

"If I had a chance to rate less than 1 star, I would have opted for that. I have been trying to reach customer care since last 1 week. First, they send me the information about plans and benefits over email when I specifically mentioned that I need providers/ENT clinics which cover the charges or accept my insurance in Austin, Texas region. Next, the customer service representative told me to call back little later when their member services hours end for the day. I have been paying $150 each month for the health insurance plan and its proving to be very useless and difficult to use the benefits or coverage. Their email service is very pathetic as they reply with the automated message saying that you need to contact customer care representatives during member services hours. I am not able to cancel the insurance now and in the member online portal, there is no way to remove your card. Please research before opting for such insurance plan as it will be a painful experience later."

"Absolutely worse insurance I have ever had! Save what you pay for the premium and just be self pay or go with something else. Not worth it! Absolute trash!"

"do not just dont do it. They claim to have all these discounts but use iba for claims and is impossible to get them processed, also you need to do all the footwork on scheduling labs, making sure your dr can do claims and prescription coverage is a joke use good rx instead. not happy"

"If negative stars was an option I would give -5 stars.. I'm actually writing this review for my dad who is so upset right now he can't type. He needed insurance and found this company on his google search.. He was told he would get $5 prescriptions and be able to get the MRI for his knee that has been hurting for just as long. His first attempt at $5 prescriptions went horrible and the 2nd time etc.. Customer service was extremely unhelpful that time. Now he finally has his MRI scheduled for tonight and he just got a call from Radiology. His insurance won't approve the MRI. So he call the insurance company back again to resolve and was given the run around. His policy is now cancelled.. But was hung up on by customer service...STAY AWAY!! No insurance is better that this."
