"Choose another office customer service is horrible here. Forever on hold. Billing wrong. Can’t talk to nurse or manager or doctor when you have a sick child and calling on phone. Tried to send us to hospital when it could be handled by doctor in office. They didn’t want to work overtime or pick up phone."

"If I could give this place no stars I would. They sent us to the hospital for no reason and now have over a 3k bill to be paid. This could have all been avoided if they actually did what they sent us to the hospital to do. We now go to pediatric associates and when we told them what happened they shook their head in disbelief and asked why didn’t they just do it in the appointment."

"Google needs to change their reviews to offer -1. Aside from a few of the doctors who I did like a lot, dealing with this office has been a horror. First, there is a sign at the reception desk stating if you issues with staff, you will be asked to leave. This is probably for the parents who waited on hold for hours to get through, then had to show up at the office. Forget about getting records - they seem to ignore requests from not only patients, but other pediatricians as well. I am so happy I switched to Sawgrass Pediatrics. It is a breath of fresh air."

"For 8 years we have trusted in Cohen and Sheinker pediatrics. Each doctor is incredible and will go above and beyond for our family. There were some phone issues in the past but it has since been tweaked and I have never had a problem making an appointment- annual or sick visit. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and makes my children feel safe every time we are there. Dr. Sheinker truly cares about her patients and if you want the best for your family, this is the only practice to go to."
