"If i could leave 0 star review, I would . Where to start... I chose Dr. Ocampo because I wanted a smaller practice and it was okay during the first year and baby never getting sick, practice had issues but I was willing to deal with some problems because I thought she was honest. I quickly realized when I was my pregnant with my number 2 that that place would not work, specially when my LO had high fevers and Id not be able to get a hold of anyone on the phone for an entire day, I'd get no call backs and if I did, the receptionist did not understand it was a time sensitive matter. I switched and is one of the best decisions ever. They went through some LLC company name changes and they submitted REPEATED claims with my insurance, they also billed me out of network and tried to charge me over $300 per visit when they assured me they took Cigna. I left (office with dirty aquarium, old furniture, place falling part, so outdated) and went to a new doctor the day after, NEVER WENT again since 2021!!!! AND I STILL GET BILLS FROM THEM! we spoke directly to the doctor, we thought we squared away anything that was due and paid (have receipt) and even now they are STILL calling us! June 2023 (at this point, is it harrasment?) We went to Cigna, check every visit and invoice we got because we don't want to owe anything to this lady, however, they are up charging us as out-of-network as of today for a visit from over 2 years ago!!! THE WORST. we haven't received any paper bill or explanation just voicemails, and when we call back, the receptionist is just nasty. we tried to get in touch with the doctor but somehow we cannot. It feels very scammy and shady. Please do your kids a favor and find someone that actually cares and maintains a good place all around them. Is not good enough to be an okay doctor. A dr. needs a team, an office, a place where kids feel welcome and THAT IS NOT IT."

"Honestly only reason for not being one star is that Dr Ocampo is a good Dr. but the office is in terrible shape, the office staff is small, rude, incompetent. We had billing issues for almost 2 years. If you want a personal experience one on one with a good Dr with a outdated small office she hasn’t put a penny into for 20 years and a rude incompetent staff she is your best choice."
