"I love this doctor's office. The staff is very professional and courteous. I feel as if my baby receives the best of care at this facility. They even have on site social workers who come to speak with you before your medical visit just to talk about the baby's development. I drive almost 45 minutes just to have my baby cared for at this office. Scheduling and rescheduling is easy and the providers are also available through the patient portal. Referrals are also very quick."

"Well, I’m not surprised to see that this doctor has a 2.0 rating. I took my child to see her on September 22 because my daughter has been complaining of a severe sore throat and cold like symptoms. Dr. Takagishi looked at my daughter’s throat and said “wow it’s really inflamed” Even invited me over to look at it and I can see. From there she left the room with her student. I don’t know why they needed to consult each other but she didn’t come back for another 30 minutes. when she came back, she was more concerned that my son had a question and was annoyed by that. I find that hard to believe with someone who is in pediatrics. The reason I’m writing this review is because I believe this doctor was so cold and no personality or friendly towards my children. She saw my daughter was in pain and also she had a headache and was very sensitive to light and had had fevers back to back prior to our visit. She gave her a flu test, a Covid test and a strep throat test. They all came back negative. So we thought we were in the clear. I then I get a call 2 weeks later saying that my daughter’s test came back positive for strep throat. Two weeks later! my daughters throat was so inflamed. She could’ve at least prescribed some antibiotics just in case, especially if it takes two weeks for your culture results to come back. I know without a positive result, most doctors won’t give antibiotics, but from the conditions that she had it was obvious something was wrong, and never once was I told that they send the cultures off to a lab for a second opinion. So for two weeks my child was in pain it wasn’t until we finally found a doctor on demand ,who was also surprised that my child was not given some type of medicine, because of how severe her throat was inflamed. I could tell she did not like us, or was annoyed by us. It made me feel uncomfortable, but I was there for my child. The only thing great about this doctor is that every day is a day she gets closer to not being on this earth. In my opinion, she does not belong in pediatrics. Maybe retirement would be a good idea because she’s gonna make the wrong mistake one day."

"I was a volunteer at their clinic. I read books to children and she yelled at me and the medical students. She puts on a fake smile, but once she is done seeing a patient, I wish you could see her toxic traits and how she treats her staff. I’m glad I did not allow this to continue and stopped going there the next day. If she has the audacity to yell at volunteers, I can’t imagine how she treats her staff. Please find someone else for your children."

"This place has gotten worse and worse. I understand the pandemic but you have a child wait out in the cold to be checked in? On to of that we were there for our appointment at 745 which is the 1st time for a appointment there is no reason I should still be there at 930..they do not care about your time!!!!!!"

"This is absolutely the worse doctor in the United States to go to! I would advise that you keep your children far, far away from her! How she received her M.D.? I don't know. But my children has gone to her for approximately 3 years and I just realized that she doesn't even touch my children when they come to her office. She sends in a bunch of Resident Doctors and get a report from them and most of the time, you don't even see her. She does not educate the parents on medical conditions and instead of helping parents understand, she quickly calls DCF when you make a mistake! Unbelievable! This lady is a witch in a Doctor's coat and all parents should know of her before assigning your child to her as his/her primary physician."
