"My experience with Dr. Tracy Burton as my OBGYN during my pregnancy with mono-di twins was far from satisfactory. At each appointment, I found myself repeatedly having to request my test results, which ideally should have been provided to me proactively. To compound matters, the medical staff failed to share vital metrics such as blood pressure and baby heart rate, leaving me in the dark about my own health and the well-being of my babies. Even when I undertook a gender test, the promised results were never delivered as anticipated. Despite them already being aware that I was expecting girls, they persistently inquired about the gender at every single appointment, casting doubt on their attention to my medical history. Throughout the entire pregnancy, I felt as though I was the one educating them about my identical twin girls, repeatedly confirming this basic fact. Additionally, I was consulting with a maternal-fetal medicine specialist who had access to my scans, yet Dr. Burton's office continually questioned me about these scans, even though they were received post-appointment. What added to my concerns was the requirement to sign a document indicating their refusal to accept birth plans, a decision that seemed suspicious. Waiting times at the office were often exorbitant, leaving me with only a fleeting two minutes of face time with Dr. Burton. Despite baby A being in a head-down position, Dr. Burton exhibited a strong bias towards C-sections for a twin delivery, completely dismissing the possibility of a vaginal birth. Ultimately, I chose to switch to another provider at 32 weeks who was genuinely attentive to my concerns. Against Dr. Burton's insistence on a C-section, I successfully delivered both of my girls vaginally. In summary, Dr. Tracy Burton's practice left me feeling unheard and unsupported throughout my pregnancy. If you desire a healthcare provider who listens and respects your wishes, I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere, particularly if you aspire to have a vaginal delivery. It raises questions about their motivations, perhaps related to financial incentives, that remain unclear to me."

"I delivered my first son with this practice when they were located in Fort Lauderdale in 2014. I wasn’t really sold on them back then. I recently got pregnant again and have had issues from the start. They never answer their phones, the front staff is unwelcoming and always rude when you speak with them on the phone or in person. My appointments are always spaced weeks apart because of their availability. Then to make it worse, my 7 year old shattered his arm and I needed to take him to intense therapy and couldn’t schedule my spaces apart appointments and they discharged me without even calling me or advising me in my third trimester. The most important trimester and they told me to find a new doctor, knowing very well that it doesn’t work like that because I’m so far along. I see some of you post great reviews and I’m not saying it hasn’t been great for you, but I’m all honesty, as a manager of a healthcare practice and a expecting mother, I would recommend not coming to this practice and finding somewhere where they really care about your health and will work with moms who have a job and life."

"The 2.2 rating on here is highly generous. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. We have had multiple hiccups already with this practice where they dropped the ball. My wife is at 12 weeks right now and we haven't even been able to see a doctor at this practice yet, only a midwife. The midwife was actually nice. The exact opposite to be said for Dr. Burton. She waltzed into the room and said "So what brings you here today?" -- Really? We're there for our 12 week checkup and she didnt look at records? Then when we calmly and diplomatically voiced to her that we are concerned about certain things with the practice that have happened so far, she said "Okay well then you can leave" We were completely shocked. She didn't even take a second to inquire what our concerns were and just told us that we can leave if we want. We certainly would never let her continue to care for us and our baby. We still cannot believe the level of rudeness and lack of compassion that Dr Burton exhibited. If you ever consider going to see her, run the other way as fast as you can."
