"My daughter broke her arm last night and we were in the ER which confirmed that her elbow is broken. The ER physician told me to keep her home from school until it’s stabilized and to see her orthopedic the next day as it was an emergency to have her seen and have her arm put in a cast. I called all morning and I was told they were only accepting messages. No-one called me back by noon so I called again and left my number for a call back. I was told that my daughter would not be able to be seen until next week, and there was nothing they can do. I’ve taken my daughter to see Dr. Dressing multiple times and we’ve always had a great experience. I am so disappointed with the treatment that I received in an emergency situation. I now need to look elsewhere for a new orthopedic."
