"My daughter has been a patient of this office for 10 years. We first saw Dr. Julio Valdes, and now we see his daughter, Carmen, and a few other physicians at this office. Everyone there has great bedside manners and is personable. They always manage to squeeze us in if my child is sick and most importantly they give the proper diagnosis, unlike many after-hour pediatric offices and urgent care locations that I've had issues with in the past. This office always seems to get it right. I now commute over 30 minutes for my daughter to be seen by this office because they're that great."
"I’d give 0 stars but can’t. My husband came here all throughout as a child, I don’t vax my kids and this ended our ties with them. They said if they don’t vax they can’t be attended, not to mention they did give my child a vaccination I declined (lawsuit!?)!!! I am super disappointed with them!! Medicine has become a commerce as opposed to a holistic appeal!!!"
"Dr Rachell Caruso is an absolute angel!!!! one night I was pregnant and in distress. I had a slip and fall during a shift on my job and I called her, this was at 10pm at night. She made herself available to me to assess and diagnose and to recommend further treatment. It is because of her swift actions that I now have a healthy baby girl. She is 100% professional well trained and very courteous. I would recommend her to anyone 10/10!!!!!!"
"We moved from Brazil last year and a. Friend recommend Dr Rachell Caruso to us for our daughter. She is the best! Great bed side manners, she explain everything to me and my wife and our daughter. And she speaks Portuguese too a big PLUS for us."
"Horrible experince with this clinic, staff is disrespectfull they made a mistake that cost us time, and when it come to my kids I take no chances. I came to an appointment on a time and day they scheduled me, just to have them say it was scheduled for a different date, they didn't even apologize for their mistake. There are plenty of other pediatrics in the area, definitely do not recommend these. And a little extra for this review, the office is filthy, just disgustingly dirty, made me feel really uncomfortable."
