"Best place to be if you are in search of a specialist. Sometimes waits are a little longer than usual but trust me when your turn comes you get the same undivided attention. They are not watch checkers, been to those kind before. I wouldn't go anywhere else."

"My father came to this center for several months for chemo. The nurses were ok. They seemed to be very attentive to the other patients during chemo. When it came to my dad, I always had to remind them to be fragile with him because his skin was very fragile. After months going there several times a month, you’d think they would remember that. Instead, they continued to rip his skin and my dad would cry about it. They made no relationship with him at all but sure did with the other patients. Receptionist in the front is always rude. When his oncologist assistant spoke to me over the phone for the last time, she was munching on food and said “start preparing for the worse with your dad”. Her saying that and smacking her mouth with food was odd and inconsiderate. I think the staff needs a huge training on being more compassionate with terminal patients. Wait time is very long. It can take an hour and a half to see the oncologist. Valet is great! Super nice guy. My father has since passed. Although his oncologist was good, I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Everyone always has a bright smile and kind words; and when you are diagnosed with cancer, you feel as though your life is over. These great attitudes always helped me in some shape or form deal with it. As to the Doctors and Nurses, they all are very knowledgeable as well as compassionate. Their Facility is always meticulously clean whenever I have had appointments, procedures, and treatments."

"Everyone at checkin was so nice and thorough. Dr McKeens nurses and PA’s were all very professional, warm and made me feel at ease and comfortable there. I cannot say enough about Dr McKeen. She took all the time we needed without rushing to go over my whole history and family history and truly explained many things to me and also clarified all the questions and concerns I had. I’m truly happy with this practice and happy to be a patient there."

"The staff is always very friendly and nice but I waited a very long time (almost an hour) to be put in a room. There were several of us waiting in an hallway. When I was finally shown to a room I was seen by a nurse practitioner instead of the actual doctor I was scheduled to see. She was very nice, thorough, and explanatory though."
