"The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The one thing that is a bit misleading is the way the procedure itself is administered. At no time was I told how the procedure would go as far as the doctor does the first steps but then the actual grafts are placed in my scalp by 3-4, 2 person teams. I understand it is a long procedure, and I am sure it would be tedious for a single doctor to do the whole procedure, but having the transparency to the process and the different people, their training and certification levels, would have been helpful and I believe appropriate, for a client/patient to know."
