"The Dr Sonia is attentive and takes her time to listen the patient but the attention of the assistant is the worst they put the calls on hold for long time, sometimes they pretend that they don't listen when I call,they don't give wrong information and I have to call many times to get them to send a referral to the specialist(this happens at the Boynton Beach office)the ladies the front desk are so nice"

"Dr Nagraj is amazing however this review is based on the front office. I have called multiple times every single day, left voicemails and no one ever answers the phone. Now I have an appointment in two weeks to see a pain management specialist that Dr. Nagraj referred me to and I simply need my medical records faxed to the doctor but can’t even reach not one person to get those records. Ridiculous."

"Went there today, i had ah bit of a wait, but they were able to squeeze me in bcus i didn't have an appt so i didn't complain, the lady who drew my blood was very nice to me. Sadly, i forgot her name, Melissa or Maddison I THINK is her name. She was SUPER nice n made me feel comfortable during my visit."

"This office is okay they are very nice and pleasant but nothing was really outstanding. Doctors are okay- kind of service that's get what you need and go. They are just not very personable and open to questions or concerns. Front office was very accommodating though so thank you to them!♥"

"Rebecca the was extremely effective at drawing my blood cause no one ever gets it on the first try. My hat goes off to her. Overall the attention to detail and the level of care they provide I highly recommend for a primary care physician. Dr Nagraj really takes his time to address all your health concerns in a heartfelt manner."
