"Excellent service. The automated systems they have in place will send out alerts that ensure you will not miss the appointment. All intake was automated and fairly easy to accomplish quickly. The staff ran close to on time for scheduling and the staff was professional, fun and engaging. Our Medical Asst, Marisol, was very thorough and fun, smiling and helpful. Dr Podnos was our Dr, excellent Dr! Very thoughtful, professional and well prepared. Solid 5/5!"

"Avoid! In my opinion, this office is awful, with horrible office policies that are hypocritical, not patient-focused, and centered on their bottom line. For example, I missed work and arrived on time for an appointment (and even received a confirmation text from their very office), and they had no record of the appointment! They blamed the “system” and indicated other patients had the same experience, which is more disappointing as indicated they were aware it was a common issue but didn’t bother to follow up on inaccurate text messages, without telling me the appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. With huge disappointment and wasted time, I kindly reschedule to accommodate their broken system. I miss work again and was running late due to unforeseen bus issues, only to be told they have a strict 15-minute wait policy and unable to accommodate after such gross inconvenience. This comes after I accommodated them when they refused to see me the fist time. Even when I presented the “confirmation” text message from their office, they refused to see me and I rescheduled. Why would I reschedule (again) after accommodating their error the first time? If that’s any indicator of quality of care, I’ll reschedule to go elsewhere. Absolutely deplorable!"
