"One of the best "walk-in" experiences I've ever had. I arrived at 9AM right when they opened and was seen within the hour. The front desk staff was very helpful and Dr. Provo is a godsend! He took time to listen to my detailed injury description, reassured me it was not worse than it was, and suggested a non-invasive treatment. I walked out feeling great."

"NEVER GO HERE!! I have already posted a review about my first experiencing and I was hoping for a better one the next time, but I was sadly mistaken. I got my X-rays done in April of 2023 and I had been trying to get a hold of the office for months to get a copy of the images and I decided to just go in and ask. When I walked in one receptionist was on her phone playing music and the other was eating food at the desk. I asked if I could get the imaging and she said you have to wait until 1. I then clarified asking wait till 1? And she said yea I’m eating right now and I said oh ok and she said you have to wait till after my lunch. So I sat and waited and once I got my images I left and I will NEVER go back. Please avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about you and they do not care about professionalism."

Says walk ins welcome, well they are NOT, they have a limit although I called and they said I could come as a walk in, they turned me away they asked that I come back, two receptionists up front are very rude, infact they lack empathy and compassion, they looked and acted like they absolutely hated their jobs, complete trash! My daughter warned me about this very same thing after reading reviews and she was right! I did give it a try because I hear the Doctor is great, it certainly isn’t enough to make me ever want to try that again!! I found myself another Doctor that same day. I wouldn’t take my animals to this place with the way they treat people,I sure hope the Doctor reads this! DO BETTER"

"I have been to many Ortho docs over the years and I will continue to see Dr. Provo from here on out. I felt taken care of and I could tell that Dr. Provo knew his stuff. He was cordial, and he also explained to me much more about what was going on than any other doc I have been to ever has. He cared, and that’s important to me."

"I had the misfortune of visiting this doctor's office recently, and I am appalled by the level of incompetence and indifference I encountered. I visited the office with a broken arm, seeking their assistance in filling out some important medical paperwork that I was physically unable to complete myself. To my utter disbelief, the staff's response was nothing short of shocking. Despite my obvious discomfort and the glaring fact that I couldn't even hold a pen, they treated my request with complete disregard. The receptionist seemed more interested in her nail polish than in my urgent situation. When I explained my predicament and asked for help, she simply shrugged and said that they were too busy to assist me. Excuse me? Isn't a doctor's office supposed to prioritize patients' well-being? As I sat there, struggling in pain, I couldn't help but feel like a burden to the staff. It's astonishing how callous and uncaring they were. It's as if they forgot that their job is to provide medical assistance and support to those in need. I've never felt so helpless and abandoned in a healthcare setting before. To anyone considering visiting this doctor's office, I implore you to think twice. If they can't even be bothered to help someone with a broken arm complete necessary paperwork, I shudder to think how they would handle more serious medical issues. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for competent and compassionate medical care."
