"Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't even recommend it to my dogs, let alone to any human being seeking professional service. My encounter with the office staff was beyond unprofessional—it was downright appalling. Scheduling an appointment with them is like navigating a maze of incompetence. The sorry excuses for workers they employ are the epitome of ill manners. To make matters worse, this isn't a one-time occurrence. Last year, they had to apologize to me for their incompetence. I was ill & couldn’t walk from the excruciating pains & called to get a prescription, they told me I had to come in. What is the purpose of an emergency contact⁉️ yet here I am again facing the same level of unprofessionalism. It's as if they're incapable of learning from their mistakes. Don't be fooled by the seemingly positive reviews; they're as fake as their professionalism. Save yourself the headache and frustration—steer clear of this establishment."
"Impeccable and welcoming service with a focus on diversity. As a Brazilian, even though I'm fluent in English, it was requested that a Brazilian attendant communicate with me, which made the service absolutely efficient and beyond my expectations. Carol, who assisted me, is competent, welcoming, and empathetic. I couldn't be happier with the service provided to me and my daughter. Highly recommend!"

"After being a patient here for years, and calling four times for a simple request, I am no longer a patient at this office. I never write reviews, but I am absolutely shocked at how scheduling my annual appointment has been so mishandled. The lack of care and empathy was clearly noted by the handling physician and scheduling staff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to schedule at this office, honestly disappointing."
"IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THESE REVIEWS ARE INACCURATE AND SELF GENERATED, WORST PROVIDER OFFICE EVER.......LIES,LIES LIES! At my visit on June 1st provider Katie was supposed to send medications to the pharmacy however 3 days later it was still not done. I called frantic and spoke to Shameeka who was very caring in her handling of the matter, and had the medications send for pick up. Weeks had gone by and I had not received my pap results in calling I was seen by provider Marianne to review my results. I was told Katie works part time and that was another reason as to why she did not send my medications to the pharmacy. Fast forward to today November 30th 2023 I received a certified letter indicating that the office had some important information to provide me. I immediately called and was told Katie will call me back. When Katie called back I asked her why the information she was providing today and what was said in June was different and why there was this sense of urgency, she said it wasn't it was just a recommendation. Is it just me or should this have been stressed in June? I asked her why would I have the procedure done there after this length of time where I determine it to me malpractice. I was checking my email for some other reason and I saw where Katie scheduled me for a tele doc visit I drove to the location to question the billing of this. I was told by Hannah that she can not control or say one way or another if I will be charged that would be up to the doctor. I expressed to her that I did not feel that was fair because what was communicated in June by the other provider was basically the same thing said in June. I guess because the office was dead with no patients in sight they needed to find someone to bill and generate some income. Hannah said I would have to check back with the billing department if I were billed or not, I said to her I want to speak to someone now who would know whether or not I would be billed rather than having to revisit the situation. I said to her that they were putting more problems on my plate. Hannah stated that "we are all having problems" I said to her this is her job and work related. I used the example of my dealing with a customer in my line of work and a problem arises and I say to the customer / client I am doing you a favor! In actuality I am not its what I signed up for and it's my job. I was taken aback by Hannah's response when she was being argumentative with me and told me my story is all over the place that I am talking about medications talking about my visit with another provider. If she took the time to listen or even care she would understand clearly the picture I was painting. During this troubling interaction her manager I think her name was Michelle said to her "Hannah get up you don't need to be spoken to that way." Hannah, Michelle, and Katie are "GREAT" representations of the healthcare industry and this office, sic I am just being facetious. Meanwhile another associate at the front desk was more open to listen and somewhat sympathetic. Besides this employee Shemeeka and provider Marianne the rest of the staff have no business being in the healthcare field they are not passionate compassionate of care with the care by which they are providing, which are some of the traits required for the healthcare industry you are dealing with peoples lives which can be life or death based on how one addresses or fails to address a health matter. I decided to call my insurance carrier Aetna to file a grievance and let them know of the matter of what I suspect to be fraud, wastage and abuse that's why insurance is so expensive based on unwarranted billing. The above named parties with the horrible customer service are more money driven than care driven, if you hate your job do yourself a favor and not torture yourself or the patients you come in contact with and quit!. If you wish to maintain your health, this is not the place for you, this I am adamant about!"
