"I have been a patient of Dr. Savin’s for about 3 years. I felt he was a good internist and he attended my medical needs, but, as far as his staff is concerned, they were always rude to me and to friends of mine who also see Dr. Savin. Just recently, I needed a new prescription called into the pharmacy. I called the office a few times and left voicemails asking for my medication, that, at this point I needed immediately. I even stopped by the office. By this time it was 3 weeks after I asked for the Rx originally. Finally, on the last phone call I was so upset with one of the office staff, who wouldn’t let me speak, that I started yelling at her to listen to me, and that included my crying. She did not care! She then hung up on me. Yesterday, I received a letter from Dr. Savin telling me that I am no longer a patient of his. I was stunned. I could not believe that he would stand behind that worker without talking to me and getting my side of the story. I can only imagine what happened to other patients who had words with his staff, who by the way have a terrible reputation with quite a few patients. Just read the reviews. Obviously there is no concern from the doctor. His staff will always come first. Rude doesn’t even cover it!!!"

"MY SEARCH FOR A GREAT DOCTOR IS OVER. Dr. Savin is the ideal combination of inquisitive, thorough, friendly, and pragmatic. He's genuinely interested in finding out what your situation is, and coming up with a good solution. And he's not a pill pusher like so many in the industry. I'm seeing lots of complaints about staff in the other reviews, but I didn't see it at all. The staff was fantastic, friendly, thorough, and quick."

"There is definitely a reason it takes so long to get an appointment as a new patient. First off, the office is very clean and organized. The staff was super nice and very friendly- they actually answer the phone when you call as well! Dr. Savin was the nicest, most caring doctor I have ever seen. He actually spent his time with me and addressed all my concerns. It has been a blessing to have found him."

"I had a great experience with the doctor at this office. I found the doctor to be knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. The office is clean, and well maintained. I think the receptionist who answers the phone and schedules appointment is not friendly and discouraging when trying to schedule an appointment. She could use some training to improve on this. Also, the manager barges in the door, trying to hurry the MA when assessing information. Doctors are great, other staff need to realize how the appear to patients."

"Bethesda Physicians Group in Wellington has to be the most disorganized, unprofessional and non communicative medical practices I have ever dealt with. Changed to their office because they were in network with my insurance. My wife had an annual physical with blood work performed. We got a phone call late on a Friday that the results warranted more testing as soon as possible. When we called back obviously worried the office was closed. When asked if they received and reviewed prior medical records they claim it was not forwarded. Her old doctor said no one had contacted their office. I finally hand delivered the records but no one bothered to contact us regarding the issue I brought to their attention. During the follow up appointment with the doctor when questioned why no one contacted us after the prior records were reviewed there was no answer. The doctor prescribed three referrals. One for a test, but the procedure codes were wrong, one to a doctor whose address had changed a long time before. When these errors were brought to their attention the response was very arrogant and rude from the office manager. The end result was two letters from their office to my wife removing themselves as her doctor. Unbelievable. They make error after error and then blame you for their incompetence. I hope the next set of doctors that we find will welcome an intelligent exchange of ideas and patient history and rather than feeling threatened when questioned. There were more issues but I didn't feel the need to write a book."
