MinuteClinic at CVS

"I was denied service on Tuesday 1/23/24 at 12:20pm. I looked online to see if walk-ins were allowed and when their lunch time was which is 1:30pm. I asked the physician if she accepted walk-ins and she said that she was on her last patient till lunch time. I asked if there was any way she could add me or check me after her patient since there was a bit over an hour. She just ignored me after she told me she will only be available after 2:30pm. This was my 1st time going to the minute clinic and I'm severely disappointed at the lack of care . If it was 10 minutes to her lunch I would understand but it was 1 hour and 10 minutes where there was 1 person waiting for her while she was doing moving things in the room."

"Online it says you can go in person to see if they have availability but in reality walk ins fill up quickly and last one is at seven pm"

"Doc was very rude when I showed up for my appointment to pick up a TB test result. I was on time for my appointment only to be told to ' just wait' while she took another patient ahead of me. And if I don't want to wait then I can come back another time. Don't worry Doc, I will never come back here!"

"Amanda at the Minute Clinic (wouldnt give me her last name) is the worst rude and iinconsiderate care provider ever. She had my sister waiting on a TB result all day from 10 am to 3pm to then ask her to come back at 6pm to tell her it was too late to read the results"

"Disastrous Visit to just get Flu shot. First, you make an appointment with minute Clinic BUT you actually have to go to pharmacy for shot. Not check in on Minute clinic Touch board. They had different vaccine than listed, didn't realize what was in it. Did NOT get shot. The place itself was infectious sitting on chair next to the pharmacy lines in wildly busy store whose manager was on vacation during the busiest Holiday time."
