"STAY AWAY!! DONT USE THIS GROUP!! Staff will tell you anything to get ur money then leave you screwed. They repeatedly told me that if I renew I would be able to purchase medicine roughly 10 min later. I waited an hour and still nothing. The dispensary said you have to wait 2 days by state law. I called these guys back and then they said yes you have to wait 2 days but state law. Well I'm now on day 3 and the dispensary states I can't get medicine for another 3 days. Verified w them no meds have been dispensed and no reason I'm being delayed 5 days. Called this company back again, no one bothered to answer phone and no one called me back after I left vm. Too many other docs out there to get renewals from so stay FAR FAR AWAY from here unless you want to pay ur money and have to wait a week for no reason. UPDATE: YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT ACCURATE!! There was no issues with how much medicine was available to me and no request was made from me to change the amount needed to be dispensed. I just contacted the dispensary and they verified that after my telehealth visit the request was put in wrong as you put it in as 2.5 Oz instead of 5oz as it has been for a long time. Because of your mistake I have to wait 1-2 weeks to get the changes made. Ridiculous!! You are messing w someone in severe pain, cancer survivor who just found out my cancer looks to be back. I NEED MY MEDICINE AND I NEED YOU TO STOP NEGLECTING YOUR PATIENTS."

"Lakeland Office: I edited this because I received an email request to provide feedback and it automatically posted to Tampa. It was my 1st time. I was a little confused and concerned about meeting this Dr at a hotel. It was a bit weird. So you check in with a person sitting in the hallway at a desk, they then call you back...welcome you and already have your info in their computer. They ask your medical diagnosis, no proofs were needed, Then say....your in here, your all set, pay the $199 and then you must order your card. When you leave they send you a link to order your ID on-line with an additional $75 cost.. 10 min at the most is all you spend in your actual appt. They directed me to ask any product questions to the dispensary. Ready to buy the same day. Everyone is kind...it's just a strange process with not a lot of info provided."
