"This visit with Sanitas was a very positive experience. I was running a few minutes late to traffic and a nice young man called to make sure I was on my way. Great communication. As soon as I got there, I was greeted very pleasantly and took back to the exam room. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The provider and nurse both introduced themselves and explained what they were doing and what to expect. Both were very nice and patient. Answered every question I had. Also, everything they said they were going to do was done before I left the office. Such a wonderful experience. Due to this office visit, I will be staying with Sanitas. I am super impressed on how every concern that I had before this visit, was no longer an issue and it was also addressed with professionalism and gratitude. I will recommend them."

"Terrible service. I had the cotton piece of a qtip stuck in my ear and I have Florida blue so I'm supposed to call my primary care doctor before going anywhere else. I called the office to schedule an appointment to have it removed and the receptionist spoke very bad English, after explaining my problem the receptionist first tried to tell me I would need to have a virtual visit with my doctor two weeks out so I asked him if they were going to virtually remove the qtip from my ear while they were at it and the dude finally realized THERE WAS SOMETHING IN MY EAR, so he scheduled a same day ear Levant procedure that was supposed to be done by my primary care doctor. About 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment I got a call from the same receptionist and he claimed my doctor refused to see me all because I hadn't been to the doctor since March and my doctor supposedly told the receptionist that if I wanted it removed I needed to schedule a virtual appointment for two weeks out or I needed to go to the emergency room or an urgent care which my insurance company doesn't cover. I thought it's illegal to deny medical attention. I'm still thinking about filing a claim for medical neglect."

"Today was my first visit here. I was seen by a very kind and extremely thorough practitioner, Armando Diaz. He listened and explained, in detail, all aspects of my plan of care. I'm sure he had a million and one things to tend to, but in that visit, I was his only patient.
