"There is never enough communication between departments and the patients. The staff at the pharmacy are just genuinely disinterested and rude. Was made to travel and wait for a prescription that they did not have. Over staffed and unhelpful is an understatement! I Still haven’t gotten an apology for my time being waisted or a miscommunication. If you can afford to go elsewhere absolutely do!!!"
"Opinions may be diverse about this place. However, this was my experience and only related to my particular case. I was confused with their rules and regulations regarding a septic permit system. After multiple trips and interviews with 3 different staff members, I got to talk to Michael Dreyer today. Patiently he explained to me one by one the rules about a particular permit for my new property and septic system. I want to leave in writing that I was frustrated at the beginning with this department. However, patience and persistence go a long way. Jenny, Yim, Israel, and, Mike are very good people who sometimes have to deal with a lot of stress and stateful homeowners like me. I appreciate their professionalism and patience with me."
