"TFHC has gotten a lot better with serving the clients. The wait time is not nearly as long as it use to be. The front desk clerks are amazing with getting everyone signed in and ready to be seen. The intake nurses are very attentive to the needs of the patient before the ARNP or doctor comes in. The pharmacy staff is just as accurate and ready to serve as well. Kim the pharmacist is very polite and makes sure that we understand our meds before she releases them. This I love the most. The pharmacy techs always reaches out to the patients to make sure we pick up our meds. Love the progress they have made."

"The medical provider Nadia Barr APRN was extremely impressive. She was complete, patient, informative and professional. Well worth the hour wait. Cierra the staff who took my vitals was equally impressive. The only draw back was the hour wait from appointment time."

"The staff is always so kind and helpful. I wish I caught her name, but the woman who took my blood (not the first time she was my lab tech) is so funny and professional. She makes me feel at ease considering I'm not crazy about needles. Thank you to her and your entire team!"

"Staff were helpful and friendly to me. However, I spent a ridiculously long amount of time waiting. I arrived for my 10:00 am appointment at 9:45am. I was helped at the front desk right away. I was taken back into a room at 10:10. The Dr. Did not come into the room until 11:30 am. When the Dr. came in, she was nice and helpful, but waiting in the room for almost 1.5 hours is unacceptable."

"AMAZING, KIND, and EFFICIENT employees! Picture it: the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and I receive an email from my son's school that he is missing a required vaccine. I scramble to find a place because my son attends private school out-of-state and he's going back in a matter of days! I try the health department: CLOSED! I call several urgent cares: DON'T DO PEDIATRIC VACCINATIONS. CVS Minute Clinic... TGH Urgent Care... Pediatric After Hours... NO! NO! NOOOOO! Then suddenly as I'm driving to check a Walgreens, I drive by Tampa Family Health Centers and figure, what the heck! Lemme give it a try! Low-and-behold, they take us as a walk-in! What a great team! They were so understanding and worked well together to figure things out! If one didn't know the answer, another chimed in to help. The nurse who administered the vaccine, Ronnie, was awesome! Dr. Lopez was so funny! He came in with an enormous, novelty syringe and made my son and I laugh! I would highly recommend THIS location for all of your pediatric health needs."
