"Thank you, everyone! I took my daughter to get checked for an ear infection and fever. Everyone was so nice, from Alexis at the front desk, who helped me with my insurance information and answered all of my questions about my copayment, to Latonya (with her beautiful hair, which made me happy) who did our triage, and to our Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Solano, who took her time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you all for your kind treatment."

"Everyone was so friendly! Had no more than 10 minute wait time after filling out my paperwork which was very simple. Turner at the front desk has helped me with information on the phone before my walk-in and provided a seamless check in experience. Kayla was my nurse who assisted with my drug screening. She was very thorough & friendly and the process was literally just a 3 step walk across the hall to the bathroom, went to the bathroom & 2 quick signatures after sample was collected and I was out the door. Entire trip was probably 20 minutes tops. I recommend them for any preemployment screening."

"Wait time here is ridiculous and the customer service is nonexistent. They do not greet or welcome patients well and I had to leave their office and head to another urgent care facility to be treated. Their front desk staff need training on patient care and need to improve their customer service skills. MedExpress is going to keep losing business"
