Reviews of MinuteClinic at CVS
"If i could give 0 stars I would. Dominique and Cindy are by far the rudest women, with no compassion I have ever met in my life. They have no business working in Healthcare. I have pink eye in both eyes was unable to see the computer screen with glare so I sat and waited for my appointment. By the time they came out of the rooms they said my appointment was canceled bc I didnt sign in. I explained the situation instead of helping they snickered and told me I should have read the signs posted everywhere. They continued to be rude and try to argue with me and talk down at me. At this point I asked for managers name which they wouldnt give me. Then proceeded to give me the wrong number to complaint department. The finished by telling me they need to take care of patients that can read the signs and they don't have time for this and walk away and shut door in my face."
"I was in need of a Women’s Services appointment. I get there just to be told that they ran out of the medical supplies they needed to do what I had come in for. The irresponsibility and lack of attention has me mind blown, because, like any place, if you are low on stock, you order it prior to the last item being used. How is it that I come to a 9AM appointment and am told that they have the person to do what I need but don’t have the supplies. It’s absolutely ridiculous and truly has been such an inconvenience. Yes, the staff was nice, but if you are aware of such an appointment, why wouldn’t you just call instead of wasting my time, energy, and gas?"
"Cyndy, the healthcare provider at this clinic was extraordinary. She was super helpful and provided cost effective solutions. Will gladly come back."
"Doctor James Mueller was very nice. I was early and he see me right away 30 minutes before my appointment. He was knowledgeable about his job, attentive and kind. I am definitely going back to this Clinic."
"I went because it was easy and fast to get an appointment and I needed a simple TB screening for work. The test is a small amount of PPD placed interdermal then you come back 48hrs for them to look at your arm. If its not raised, your negative. If it is, then you will need more testing. I've had this test done a handful of time as well as given them over dozens of times. My test was negative and will likely always be negative every time I have one. Months later, I get a bill in the mail which was odd since I paid already. I checked my explanation of benefits through my insurance and realized that the provider that saw me over coded/over billed me. You can't bill for a regular visit if you didn't provide any service when you come back for a read. The read is part of the testing!! My insurance paid most of it but they shouldn't have had to pay for a visit for the read. After I paid the initial copay, my bill came out to a little over $16 while my insurance footed majority of it. I called Aetna Health, Minute clinic's billing people/proprietor or whatever, and they said they could not reverse the charges. They told me that I would have to sent a letter to dispute it if I wanted to pursue it. At this point, its the principle and I refuse to pay it. I know its only a little amount but if their business practice is this, who to say they aren't over overcoding/billing other people? I wrote them that letter and told them to send me to collection for the amount if they still plan on collecting that. Basically, I would not recommend Minute Clinic at CVS."
