"Lauren and Brandon were phenomenal throughout the entire process!! I thought I was already building a strong financial profile, but they pointed out so many ways to improve it! The knowledge & skill they bring to the table are outstanding. They kept everything so professional, but super convenient! I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone, especially people who think they already have a strong method in place. I was extremely impressed, highly recommend!"
"UNPROFESSIONAL... MUST KNOW! MUST READ! BEWARE! They contacted me posing to be Social Security and attempted to lure me there for a class about my benefits. Beware of this establishment and of the shady woman that works there. She is a liar and very deceptive coming off as polite and soft spoken. See the Facebook response to my review on I had with American Heritage Financial in Cantonment FL, Below: ME: Starving Lion Company contacted my home twice. The woman claimed she was Social Security. She called from your listed phone number and it came up on my caller ID Twice and she stated on both calls was with Social Security and wanted to go over my social security benefits. The second time she called she scheduled an appointment to come in and gave me an address to your building. I called Social Security to verify it. They verified for me that it was not true Social Security as she claimed when we called back to verify if it was Social Security or not they couldn't find me in there system and denied ever calling me. She ask who it was who called me and what their name was, I forgot. I said it was a woman. she said it wasn't her and it couldn't have been her or anybody else because she's the only female that works there in the office. So we asked them to remove our number and not to contact us any further and reported it to Social Security. And of course I don't have any first-hand knowledge of your company cuz I never reached out to your company nor would I ever be interested in your company it was you that reach out to me. The unfortunate thing is it wasn't the entire firm maybe that is responsible for it and maybe just one employee. But it also maybe practice that your company has been doing for a while. Instead of accusing me of being misinformed or incompetent about your company maybe you ought to look into your employees you claim are so outstanding and find out who perpetrated the repeated phone calls impersonating a Social Security representative. Either way Social Security will be investigating it. Ask yourself how I would get your number and address to your company if i haven't been in Florida for even a month? Don't contact me that's what started this clean up your own yard. THEM: American Heritage Financial I reviewed the recorded call and welcome you to do the same if you’d like. At no point did anyone suggest they work for the Social Security Administration. We are again asking that you remove your negative and misleading review about our firm. 14,000 clients and this is our first negative review and considering you haven’t even met one single person who works for our company we consider this disingenuous to say the least. Please do the right thing. ME: Starving Lion American Heritage Financial the only thing you're correct about is that I haven't met one single person who works your company. What's disingenuous is that you continue to lash out at a 100% permanently totally disabled retired veteran instead of issuing apology. If you have recorded conversations of the three conversations I had with your employee you would clearly see they did not represent themselves as staff of American heritage but as Social Security. Your continued attempt to discredit me which further illustrates the unethical conduct of your company. ME: Starving Lion American Heritage Financial the proper way to have addressed it would be by commenting with your name, title, and position with I would like to get in touch with you in order to provide outstanding customer service to get to the bottom of this. Which you have done nothing of the sort. If you would have done or had the intellectual capacity of doing that, I would have more confidence that you would take the appropriate action and would have removed my review."
