"Canceled out foster kids (now adopted kids) appointments 5 times. Haven't been able to get in to dental for over a year now And the receptionist can't seem to get off her phone long enough to even answer her phone. I have to call the medical side and ask them to get her on the phone. She is unprofessional and rude. I seriously don't see how she even has a job anymore."
