About the Business
New Season Treatment Center – Pensacola, located at 2420 South Highway 29 in Cantonment, Florida, is a health institution specializing in opioid addiction treatment. They offer a comprehensive Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, which combines medication with counseling to address both the physiological and psychological components of addiction. The center provides Methadone as part of their MAT program, a medication approved by the FDA and proven to effectively treat withdrawal symptoms and cravings without producing mood swings or narcotic effects.
In addition to Methadone, the institution also offers buprenorphine and Suboxone as part of their treatment plan, which have been shown to lower the potential for misuse and suppress withdrawal symptoms. Counseling is a key component of their program, helping patients understand addiction as a disease and develop resilient plans for long-lasting success. With individual, group, and family counseling sessions, patients learn to better cope with stress, setbacks, and loss, ultimately improving all areas of their lives.
One of the advantages of the MAT program at New Season Treatment Center is that patients can continue with their daily life activities while receiving treatment, allowing them to learn to cope within their present circumstances. This approach is a low-cost option compared to inpatient or residential treatment, with high success rates in preventing relapse. If you or a loved one is struggling with opioid addiction, consider seeking treatment at New Season Treatment Center – Pensacola for comprehensive and effective care.

"I went to get treatment for fentanyl addiction and the staff there including the program director Megan Eaton, tried charging me for treatment OUT OF POCKET, when I actually had just switched to an insurance that would cover my treatment. They used the excuse that because someone quit, that it now takes 4-5 days to verify insurance now . When I went a couple of months ago it only took 10 -15 minutes to verify my insurance. This place is a racket and they are stealing money from the patients!!!"
"I have been a modeled patient with New Seasons Metro Clinic and I have always been grateful for y'all. Y'all helped me reclaim my life back but this past month the Director Meagon E. has treated me with the most disgusting attitude that I have ever came seen. She has BULLIED me, she Belittled me, she lied to me and about me, she made threats, she has made not only me but a lot of other people transfer out or revert back to their old habits. I tried to make complaints with ethics but was ignored. The employees are afraid to speak up against her due to afraid of loosing their jobs. Many of employees has quit due to Meagon. So if I someone does read this please investigate run the numbers see how many patients and employees has left within the past 2-3 months that will tell you that there is a problem and that I am speaking the truth. Look and see the turn over rate is from last year to this year you will see she is not the right fit for the job that was given to her. And she needs to be fired BEFORE she ruins more lives. Just Investigate the Pensacola Florida Center please I beg of you"

"I guest dosed here on December 22, 2023. A very good experience. Everyone was helpful and nice from the cashier to the nurses. Sue was just as nice as you can get. Thanks to everyone, so much for making it easy and not at all stressful."
"Got to be the worst clinic in Florida. The nurses are sour half the time and most of the counselors could care less about you (Kaitlyn). They take off early every holiday they can only staying open 3 hours completely screwing the few people that have jobs. Why they don't have a line just for workers or make people that don't have jobs come in after 9 like most ever other clinic in America does I have no idea. In other words do not come here management could care less about you. You can respond to these all you want but it's just for show there's no true care given. PLEASE CHANGE for people sake"
