"I went in for a tissue infection with fever, vomiting, and chills. I was prescribed penicillin VK. After a few days on this medication, I was much worse and went into the emergency room where I was prescribed to Bactrim and more broad spectrum antibiotic that started to settle things down, but it was too late. I had developed into an abscess, and I was on the verge of hospitalisation, so I had to have emergency surgery the day before Thanksgiving. My co-pay was $2000. This could have possibly been prevented. Had I’ve been prescribed a broad spectrum antibiotic or appropriate for a tissue infection. It was confirmed staph."

"Last night I was lucky enough to book myself the last appointment time which was 6:50PM, an hour before the minute clinic closed. I was truly happy with the way how Dr. Erica assisted my needs and guided me on what to do whenever I'm in the state of not feeling good. She was very friendly and kind. I would definitely come back to this location for urgent care when I need it."

"My fiance and I traveled to the area for our wedding. She became mildly I'll due to the food, the Nurse practitioner Cindy B, was very much so disrespectful to her even to go as far as commenting on her weight. Terrible!"

"Checked in at about 9:20am on the electronic Kiosk. The Kiosk stated I had a 1 hour and 48 minute wait. So I put on some headphones and listened to a POD cast for all that time. I see some people have stated this place was not very good. But, understanding that when people get there before you or make an appointment online, which I found out I could do, allowed me to remain calm and wait with no problem. Perhaps they could use more waiting room chairs as they only have 3. But, the best thing about waiting in a MinuteClinic is you are in a CVS. So, I went and got a Monster Coffee drink and enjoyed that listening to a podcast. So, my take on the negative comments is that if you are an impatient, illogical, and unreasonable person, then there is no place on Earth that will make you happy. My take on it all, is I am happy we live in a society where I can make an appointment on the fly only 8 minutes from where I live and 3 hours later have the remedies I need to get better. Cindy, the Nurse Practitioner was great. She was very nice and not overly officious, like some medical professionals can be, and diagnosed my condition very quickly. She prescribed what I needed. The CVS pharmacy made up my prescription very quickly. And then I went home and took my medicine. I took a hard 4 hour nap. And now that I've woken up I am taking full breaths 90% better than I did this morning when I realized I had a respiratory infection. I should be 100% within a few days. I gave them 5 stars for the combination of ease of use, relatively low cost, and satisfaction of products and services. Highly recommended if you wake up one morning and find you are hacking up green lung cookies!"

"Absolutely terrible. The cashier's up front had a wonderful vocabulary in front of customers, it consisted of calling each other "retarded" in front of myself personally, I can only imagine what other people coming through heard. I waited for nearly 2 hours and still no sign of the woman that waved myself, my fiance, and my sick brother in law off because it was her lunch break. Preeetty great expression of how much CVS appreciates our business. The chances of my family coming back are Probably about as high as this nurse coming back on time from her lunch."
