"They don’t answer their phones and when it’s an emergency dental need that is very frustrating, they did finally (surprisingly)call me back but by then it was too late Dentist here referred our child to another dentist almost 2 hrs away , I am not interested in driving that far to get dental care , found another dentist that referred us to a local one"

I never received a call text or a voicemail. The nurse on the medical side doesn’t return calls. So over the incompetence of your phone lines"

"If you want reliable/quality dental care this is NOT the place to go.. I have 3 kids. Have gone here close to 10yrs ONLY because there are NO dentists that accept their insurance. Last 4 appointments have been canceled 3 of which they didn't notify me at all. I called to confirm which is something many wouldn't think to do as they are health PROFESSIONALS and that would be absolutely absurd to not notify you of not keeping a very much so set WAY in advance appt but I had a bad feeling so I did. If you miss appts they drop you however nothing happens when they miss appts and do not even have the curiosity to call over and over. I took off work 4 times (a week worth of pay) and I would have driven 2 hrs there & back if "I" didn't call which should not be my responsibility. They are VERY rude. Seem to think they are above you because of their low income clientele Im guessing.. you do not get quality compassionate care. Them going to play golf or whatever it is seems to be more important than the dental care of my children. It's disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to go here. I will be reporting them as they are negatively affecting my children's dental care. I have never witnessed anything more unprofessional. Zero respect or communication. My son clearly needs braces.. they have never once mentioned it. They deserve to have their license pulled. Even the secretary is rude, unsympathetic and unprofessional.. talks over you, seems to think this kind of behavior from their practice is okay. I'm sure if it was her kids and she took time off 4 times in a row which dragged the appts out for her children and having zero dental care for a year at the fault of her children's dental provider she wouldn't feel that way. Shame on all of them. I had to speak out. I'm a single mother of 3 kids. I don't get a dime in child support. Thank God I called to confirm due to the fact I know how unprofessional they are or I would have driven from Navarre to Cantonment which is 1 hour there, 1 hour back. $10 in tolls if I don't want to have an anxiety attack, a day of work gone each time, a day worth of school for my kids gone. Sorry ZERO excuse for the cancelation of 4 appts in a row. They are ruining my children's dental health. Not a chance they canceled due to emergencies. The dentist is literally there like once a week and cannot keep that commitment that they know about far in advance? It affects so many people but they don't care because they are selfish, and your children's dental health is not a priority. That's based on facts. I hope this helps someone. I would not wish this upon anyone."
