"Staff was crass and rushed, Dr. Fleming didn’t make me feel taken seriously or like my concerns were valid in any way. Will not be coming back."
"No issues with Dr. Judson, but the front desk staff (Phyliss) is not educated on the ways to run insurance, nor is fit to greet people. She, without fail will overbill you, & then you have to fight for the refund that you are legally obligated to because they overcharged you. Will not return, & Dr. Judson should re-evaluate her office staff."
"Doctor Judson has been my primary doctor for the last 15 years. She is always seen me the same day or the next day. I’ve never had any trouble with her ordering test for me or treating me. I have kept her so long because she has been a great doctor."
"I never write reviews but after seeing some of the negative reviews that people have posted I just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Judson. I have been seeing Dr. Judson for the better part of 10 years and have never had a negative experience with her. If I don’t feel well, I call the office and they almost always are able to get me in on the same day to see the doctor and if they aren’t able to fit me in on the same day I have never had to wait more than a day to get in. One of the reviews stated that Dr. Judson is “passive” but I, personally, couldn’t disagree more. She is a very laid back person but I wouldn’t say that her approach to treating me medically is passive, as a matter of fact, she has never refused to order a test that I have asked for. She discovered my atrial fibrillation and my thyroiditis and referred me to the appropriate specialists right away. The only reason why I didn’t give a five star rating is because there has been some turnover in the front office and it has made it a little more difficult to build that familiarity that I once experienced there. That being said, her back office staff are the same people that I have known since my first visit many years ago. Like I said, I’m not trying to invalidate anyone else’s experience but mine has been completely different and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to her. Lastly, one of the reviewers felt that it was necessary to to imply that part of his perceived poor treatment has to do with being “white,” I just want to make it clear that I myself am white and have never been made to feel unwelcome as a patient."
"I don’t normally do this because I don’t like to cause harm, but when it comes to my children, I feel like I must speak up. I’ve had lots of problems with Dr. Judson, but I overlooked them out of convenience. She is dismissive and passive. She does not take the time to listen to patients. I guess she gets paid to see a high quantity of patients and give no quality of care. On Tuesday morning, my son woke up with a terribly swollen sore throat and cough. I took him to the doctor. Of course there was a problem at the front desk. They never have the insurance entered correctly. Then the doctor comes in, barely looks at my son, prescribes antibiotics and says that it looks like an upper respiratory infection. We start the meds that day. Two days later, he can barely talk and has gotten worse. I take him to urgent care to find out after they actually did two simple tests, that he has mono, which is viral and can’t be treated with antibiotics. Also, it’s dangerous to give him certain meds and his spleen is at risk. We would not have known this without a test, which Dr. Judson did not even bother to do. This kind of treatment by Dr. Judson is why people can’t fight infections when they need to. I’m glad that it wasn’t something more serious, but I definitely will not be going back to this doctor."
