"I went to this office to do a complex gyno procedure (non abortion related) I really liked the physician Dr Slackman and the nurses, they had very good bedside manner. I also liked the receptionist, she was a sweetheart as well. Please be prepared for long wait times…. That’s my only problem with the clinic was the wait times despite the appointment being scheduled. But overall their customer service was great."

"EDIT TO RESPOND TO THEIR RESPONSE. I’ve been on the phone with my insurance company 3 times and they stated it is a covered service, they have called you multiple times and told you TO BILL THEM AND YOU REFUSE SO THEY ARE INVESTIGATING NOW. Fraud! their billing office never answers the phone it goes to voicemail. Currently filing a complaint and my insurance is investigating as they have billed me $650 as a self pay patient when I had insurance and refuse to refund me. Some woman from a BLOCKED number called and said she was from their revenue team and that my insurance stated it wasn’t covered which was a LIE. They actually could’ve billed pharmacy or medical and it would’ve been covered. Stay away!!"

"This place is a joke. Go anywhere but here. You’ll wait for 4 hours for a consultation, of those 4 hours you’re seen for a total of 5 minutes. The staff take their sweet time and have no answers as to WHY you’re waiting so long. They’ll make you pay when you first get there so you’re stuck and can’t walk out and go see someone else. If you value your time don’t come cause these people sure don’t. -1000/10 Update: Came back and once again over 30 minutes just to get checked in! Every time I come here I am amazed and not in a good way!! First thing when I walk in “the systems are down” , as if there is not a procedure for check in when the systems are not working? Is getting a new system since this was an issue last time I came not an option? What type of poor management skills does it take to run an establishment like this? Why is there never urgency in this place? Why did my last visit take 4 hours if I was only seen for 5 minutes?? Ladies go anywhere but this place for your personal care needs. This place is not it. My appointment was an hour ago and I’m still sitting in this waiting room. I can’t imagine the purpose behind setting appointments esp when the girl before me appointment time on the sheet said 10 minutes ahead of mine. How are you setting appointments so close together when you can’t even see your patients within an hour of the time you agreed upon?? I just want to make sure any ladies who choose this as their facility for care know you are running a risk of not getting the pain meds that should be prescribed for your procedure so when you go home thinking your script was sent to the pharmacy by your house it won’t be and you’ll call for hours to get it sent because you know this is going to be excruciatingly painful but they won’t ever send it till the next day and you’ll be laying there all night in excruciating pain with not so much as a 800 mg ibuprofen. This place gave me quite literally the most traumatic experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Don’t trust these people."

"This place was amazing from start to finish! They helped me out so much throughout my whole entire process of what I had to go through (which I was super nervous about) and I couldn’t thank them enough! Marylou at the front desk, Carolyn & Maria the nurses that helped me were amazing! They were all very comforting, sweet, and understanding! I can’t really remember the other names but just know you are in great hands at this location and you are all very much appreciated. Service was great and the facility was clean!"
