"Dr. Trzmeilina and her staff are wonderful. She is very thorough and caring. The reason I have rated the practice poorly is the ophthalmology office. I was referred to Dr. Diego... I wear glasses. I like going to an ophthalmologist because they do a full exam of the eye including vision. When I was scheduling an appointment I was alerted that in addition to my co-pay there would be a $60 surcharge to write my eye glass prescription as vision is optometry not ophthalmology. In these tough times when I am trying to pay my bills and maintain my well being I am disgusted that a medical professional would stoop to extortion and I rescinded my appointment. Shame on Florida medical for allowing this as a practice!!!!!!!!"

"Stay away from this clinic! They only care about making money. They do not care about patients and their health. Even when they are the ones who made the mistake of turning off the messaging feature in order to contact me for future appointments they blame it on me and Expect me to pay no-show fees When I have never had a history of no-shows. They need to be more understanding that they made a mistake yes ! whether it is courtesy or not for them to contact the patient. Every single medical institution contact their patients 24 hours and even 48 hours ahead of their appointment. They wash their hands by saying that they are not required to do that. Out of all of the doctors that I have on my network this is the first time I have encountered something like this! Stay away!!!!!!!"

"I have been a patient with FMC for many years and highly recommend them as a whole, but I cannot recommend this office. I got turned around in traffic on my way there and ended up getting there 15 minutes prior to my appointment instead of the recommended 30. They refused to see me, then marked on my patient portal that I was a no call/no show. I definitely showed up and was still EARLY for my appointment, but no, no flexibility whatsoever. I could see it if I was past my appointment time, but that was not the case. There is no way there was so much paperwork to fill out that I wouldn't have been able to complete it in 15 minutes. A really unfortunate experience."

"I refuse to go to anyone else for my blood work! The woman knows what she’s doing and is so nice. If I go to anyone else I bruise or they hurt me without a care. I usually go as a walk-in and the wait isn’t too bad."

"Very unreliable office. Doctors come and go and no notification to the patient. For an appointment they will call, text and email to remind you. But not when the doctor leaves the practice leaving the patient hanging. Lab results were not reviewed or shared with the patient on time. So much for all their claims about patient care!"
