"It was the worst Wendy's yet. We went thu drive thru. I got the 5 buck box and wife got a Jr and chili. They forgot both burgers. Wife had to walk in to get them."

"Drive thru order 2 cheese baked potatos and 2 chiles the person taking my cut me off before she heard request sour cream get to the window the girl at window was nice it was the person who took my order got rude when I said I requested sour cream the employee bagging made a rude comment to the girl at window “THEY NEED TO TELL US WHEN THEY ORDER ABOUT THE SOUR CREAM” Which I did but she turned off the speaker and didn't here me Lady was really rude!!! and she was talking down to the employee at window I felt bad for her!!! So get home Chili only had 1 piece meat in each large cup and crackers not fresh I will not go back to Wendys I got feeling the African lady talking was the manager she was rude shouldn't be dealing with employees or customers if she can't be nice"

"It's hit or miss at this location on receiving what you order. Don't get me wrong, the food is really good. My favorite is the Baconattor. The only downfall I have is that most of the time, it has enough mayo and ketchup on it for about 2 burgers. The fries, if they are fresh, are really nice, good flavor. But sometimes they are old tasting and like they were scraped out of the bottom, so coated in salt that one bite will make your mother pucker. Their chili is always a go-to favorite of mine."

"I was going to Wendy's at least once a week for a bit. Breakfast sandwiches, half the time they are dry sauce less and taste "not fresh". When I say not fresh; Im talking about the tough sausage or chicken or the biscuits or croissants are overly dry instead of soft. If I had to take a guess and say they are all premade without sauce and then sauced when someone orders them and particularly the sausage and swiss croissant. Several times in the last month, no receipt. I feel they are doing this on purpose as a deceptive practice as the sign on the window says no returns without receipt. You really have to ask to get that receipt. Oddly enough, every time I've asked for a receipt, the food seems fresh. Not sure if this is a coincidence. The whole "our printer is down" for several months doesn't make any sense."

"The service are great and quick. Will be back. So far that is the only fast food restaurant around here give great service. The food are good too."
