"No good service! I went in as a walk in at 2:00pm and checked in. By 3:30 I was never called and at that point a lady came out yelling for Melinda and since we were the only ones left (aside from people who were waiting on someone that had been called) she yelled out they were closed in broken English and closed the door. I waited and another lady came out and I asked her what had happened she said she would send a supervisor to speak to me in broken English. Shortly after the lady that was working on the last patient came out I spoke to her. I told her that once I checked in the kiosk told me to take a seat and I would be called. That never happened. She was very apologetic and said the machine must have skipped me as they prioritize appointments. I was understanding as she was much much MUCH more understanding and willing to explain vs.the other ladies that shut the door. And to be very very honest I'm more upset at the fact that I am Hispanic and speak Spanish and when I asked the lady that yelled out in broken English and the one who said she would send the supervisor to speak to me also in broken English I spoke in Spanish! They could have explained it to me they could have said they didn't have anyone and since it was 3:30 they would not take me. I am fully aware and know for a fact they are Cuban. They could have said sorry it's late. I've literally sat there for an hour and a half and I'm more upset that my own Hispanic people treat other Hispanics like that. For this reason I will never return to this location. I rather waist my time at other places waiting to be seen. Also I'm very upset and that's why I'm leaving a review which I never do! I feel like being a Karen!"

"Had no problems with this facility. The supervisor was very helpful with a scheduling question I had and the technician who took my blood, Yamet, was one of the best ever to have done so. Painless first prick."

"I keep on returning to this particular facility bc of the great experience I have every time. Today Nadia took me in and helped me with everything. My veins are deep and hard to get, but she did the job!! She only poked me once and was very sweet during the entire process"

"This place is the dirtiest place I have ever been in. Everything needs to be cleaned! The floors, walls, sinks & bathrooms. We were there at 9:15 and there were no paper towels in the restroom where clients were leaving their urine samples. The kiosk was broken and no one was available to help you check in. I have 90 year old Parents and was very embarrassed that I took them there for their labs. We won’t ever be back. Quest you need to do a full renovation or shut the place down! Attached is a picture of the sink. I should have taken more pictures but I just wanted to get out of there."

"This was the worst experience at a lab center I have ever had. Do not use Quest Diagnostics! First, the kiosks were broken and there is not a person available to help anyone check in. I had an appointment booked online and still waited in a room full of confused people for over 45 minutes past my appointment time to even speak to someone. The worst part, I watched the workers socialize and talk on their phones while 20+ people were waiting to be seen. When I was finally brought back, I was not greeted and was treated very poorly. I was trying to have a conversation with the phlebotomist about my lab work and she completely ignored me and all of my questions and concerns. I let her know that I get slightly nervous about getting my blood drawn and I was trying to converse to help ease my nerves and she still refused to talk to me. Instead of the typical vein used, she used one on the side of my arm and the blood draw was one of the most painful I have ever had. My arm is swollen and bruised. On top of all of this, the entire office space from the waiting room to the patient rooms to the bathroom was extremely dirty and the bathroom was out of hand soap. It is clear that Quest has poor leadership, poor training for their staff and does not care about their patients/customers. I would not recommend anyone to use this facility."
