"Application process glitchy, frequently unable to reach anyone to discuss application status other than the answering service that isn’t able to do anything other than take a message for the local office.give a very unprofessional feel for when your explained a process then the process isn’t followed through with during the explained eta on approval or denial. Meanwhile office staff is only able to explain they don’t know what’s going on they just have to wait on it to response from 3rd party entities to reply. I applied on line was unable to submit app due to technical issues, took off work to drive 52 mins to complete paper application and pay on 12/14/22 to be explained turn around is 24-48 hours at the longest 2-3 days. Only to be told it’s not o one back and no one knows why what’s causing delay nor is there anyone such as manager or IT dept to contact to see if there is an issue with the processing, or delivery of information since there was a issue with processing and submitting the application online. I find this to be unprofessional as a business require monies for service but not be able to perform any type of due diligence in ensuring the 3rd party service(s) is processing and provided in the time estimated or be willing to inquire on why the delay is going on. I truly feel as if no wasted resources that could have been applied elsewhere in my families life or on other rental applications . The only advise the local office can provide is to apply elsewhere in addition to paying them. This is unfortunate , discouraging, inconveniencing, that not even the names of the 3rd part my companies can be provided to follow up with in reference to you processing if information . For shame"
"I came to easy property management in hopes to find my new home I relocated from Ohio with 3 kids. OMG are they consistently dropping the ball. I had to go to the office because the phone was never answered during business hours red flag #1. I tried to over look the bad reviews red flag #2. I applied as well as qualified for a home 1450 a month. After me qualifying now the home isn’t avail and no other home on their site is either. I am a business woman myself and this place is a joke. It’s been 30 days and I still haven’t seen the inside of a home listed available on their site. I qualified the first week of June with homes avail for rent on their site it is now July first. Don’t waste your time tryin to give this company the benefit of doubt. Your time ain’t worth it. Zero stars in fact"
"My AC has been not working for more than three weeks. The original request for the repair was submitted in March and it has been patched and patched until the compressor went out completely early June. I have had to live in 85+ inside temps for for more than two weeks. Their maintenance model needs a drastic overhaul."
"Scammers property management. I have requested my security deposit of 1000.00 for over a month. I moved out 1 February. I have emailed, called.with zero response. I now am going to file in court to get my deposit back. Its a shame. Limekey ran it when I signed. Never had an issue. Nothing but problems once he took over. Its a mess. I could show you the countless emails and complaint but I will save for court. Stay away from them."
"I had and still am having a bad experience with them. I moved out Feb 2, 2020. I was informed that in a week or so I would know my return deposit. I did some serious cleaning to that place. There was some water damage done due a leak in the roof or somewhere but that had nothing to do with us for over 2 years when it was first reported to the other company that ran the property. I am still receiving the tenant for payment request. I have sent emails trying to find out about my deposit and have gotten no response. This property has never ran correctly since Lime key left. Really bad. Main reason I left. I love the house but it was poorly ran by this company. I just want my deposit at this point."
