"If your looking for child trauma look no further. Currently waiting on a potential 1PM phone call from a manager after finding a used condom, wrappers and what appeared to be lube in the pull out bed my kids are suppose to sleep on, luckily i found it before them, this was at 8PM and i was told "i should follow up w management around 1PM" and no other rooms available. The gentleman that sanitized, cleaned, and changed the sheets gets 5 stars. Now a few hours later I go to take my dogs out back and find a lovely gentlemen trying to open up random car doors, one of them being mine. After he saw me he suddenly was "lost and confused". When I asked front desk about security I was told "he just started his shift and we'll have him check it". "Cool, cool, cool" was the front desks response to my wife after telling them about finding the condom, im a chill guy too bro but come on, your in customer service, read the situation, anyways hope this review is cool, cool, cool - oh and what is up w these reading lights, no bulbs? Good Luck out there!"

"This would have been five star review as room was comfortable quiet and clean. There was one issue and unfortunately this is a big one! There was no hot water or pressure in the shower. I had a luke warm shower the night we arrived. I called the front desk for help and a tech was sent up but he just shrugged and said it's a big hotel but he would check the boilers. The next morning my wife had a cold shower. When I related to the front desk on check out there was no apology or concern shown. I will avoid this property in the future for this reason."

"Do not stay here. I had no hot water. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. I’m a diamond member (I travel weekly for work). I’ve never been this disappointed in a Hilton a hotel, both the experience and the service. I tried to get a new hotel and they would not offer a refund. I was late to my conference that I stayed in Atlanta for (not to mention I stunk because I couldn’t shower). Front desk people did not care at all. It was a terrible experience. Paid almost $300 to get a hot shower and have a place to get ready and rest my head. I ended up getting none of that. I ended up calling an old friend and stayed at his apartment for the night. HORRIBLE! I took videos of everything, but google wont let me upload the videos. It was terrible. Marriott is right next door…"

"I paid extra for a suite, and for my money I got a sitting area with this ugly, uncomfortable love seat. By the looks of the unskillfully completed carpet, cabinet, and paint work, a poor attempt at a renovation was made recently. Nice large TVs but no streaming services. Van driver asked for tips. Lady at front desk was irritated about something when I walked up, and seemed really put out when I asked her to explain why she was charging me $35 more than the quoted price. Restaurant was understaffed. Overall I expect much much more for a hotel at the price I paid. Very poor value."

"This hotel was safe, convenient, quiet, front desk staff were amiable, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I prefer the top floor and on check in the staff was able to move me into a room on the 6th floor. I will say I had to move a bench in the room at one point and underneath was filthy and lots of trash. However this wouldn't deter me from staying there again since my values in a stay are safe, quiet, beds are white/bug free and this checked all those boxes as the rest of the room was clean. I also used the airport shuttle - I needed to get to the international terminal but they do only drop off at domestic. Not a huge deal as everything is connected at ATL, but it would have been nice to know."
