"I am not going to spend much time explaining myself since the Courtyard didn’t care to address my issue. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up from the hotel manager regarding an issue I raised on my departure day. Despite mentioning it to the front desk staff and manager, I never received any communication or resolution from management. It would have been appreciated to receive acknowledgment and an update on how my concern was being addressed. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the lack of follow-up left me feeling neglected as a customer."

"This was the cleanest and tidiest room I have stayed as of late. Not a single speck of dust anywhere. Nothing out of place. No scuff marks anywhere. No musty smells. Just perfect. Outstanding work by the Housekeeping staff. This has become my favorite hotel near the Atlanta airport. Be aware that there is a $18 Parking Charge."

"We stayed one night before our flight to Colorado. Everything was great for just a quick trip. The beds are very comfortable and rooms very clean. The only downfall is they said they ran out of bottle water for their Marriott members. Not a deal breaker however just a small detail."

"The close proximity to the airport is definitely a draw, and the staff members are a cut above the rest. They were hosting BINGO in the bistro when we arrived at night. It was a blast! They were friendly and so helpful from check in to check out. We will definitely being staying here whenever we need a room near the airport."

"Nice clean room. Food downstairs was really good and fresh. There's a ruby Tuesday nearby also. A little expensive but very convenient and tasty. We stayed here for the night because we had a very early flight. The free shuttle was nice and it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport. Parking was $18 the first night and $10 each consecutive night. I can't day enough about how nice the staff here is! The young lady that checked us in was wonderful and super nice! Highly recommend especially if you are flying out of Atlanta"
