Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport

"The Radisson ATL Airport location does not care about the safety of their women customers traveling solo nor do they care about doing what's right to compensate for a breach in safety. For the past 8 months, I've been given the run around by hotel staff and the general manager in regards to a refund I requested due to a safety issue during my stay. During my stay, I returned to my hotel room to find the door wide open. When I went to the lobby to address my concern about it, there was no sense of urgency to find out who/ how my door was left open. In fact, the gentleman at the front desk told me it was, "probably just housekeeping". I had to convince him to even look at the cameras. Unfortunately, I never found out how my room was gotten into because in the midst of us going over the tapes, he stepped out into the hall to speak to the general manager on the phone (thinking I could not hear him) and outright lied on me about the conversation we had regarding my room being left open. Luckily, I overheard the lies and was able to correct them on the spot. Since this incident in May, there has been no attempt to resolve this issue by the hotel. I have called dozens of times, emailed the front desk, the general manager, and the owners of the hotel. I even made a drive back to the hotel the next time I was in town to speak to the general manager, personally, about my situation and to discuss resolution. Since that in person conversation, I've been ghosted (yet again) even though I've followed up twice via email since speaking with him in person. He reassured me that he would handle this, but has not done so. BE WARNED: this specific hotel is PRIVATELY OWNED. Therefore, if you have any issues during your stay, how it is handled is at the discretion of the owners. Unfortunately, the Radisson corporate chain will not be able to help you. I know this because I attempted to resolve it with corporate directly. It is absolutely ridiculous that a refund requested in MAY 2023 has not been resolved when we are almost in FEBRUARY 2024."

"I’m shocked that the Radisson calls itself a 3 star hotel. From broken bathroom door nobs, broken hairdryers, and overall run down feeling of the entire hotel our stay was less than impressive. The singular nightstand was broken hanging from the wall at such a steep angle you can’t even place your phone on it to charge without the phone sliding off. I’m also shocked we got charged so much for 2 days of parking. Most hotels don’t charge to park in their lot, especially when it’s not a downtown limited parking type of situation. The price we paid for what we got is crazy, we should have just stayed at a motel 6 or something. Do not recommend."

"Had a fantastic stay at Radisson! Adrian, the bartender, was amazing, making great drinks. Rooms were super clean, and the food was delicious. Big shoutout to Eric at the front desk—so friendly and helpful. The staff really made the experience top-notch. Highly recommend Radisson for a comfy and enjoyable stay!"

"I am disappointed with my choice of this hotel due to several reasons. Firstly, there is no international shuttle service provided even though we were informed that it runs every 15 minutes. We waited for an hour at the airport for it. Secondly, the restaurant has limited opening hours and menu options. Moreover, there is no drink menu available. Thirdly, housekeeping services are not provided on a daily basis unless requested. Additionally, there is no room service available outside of the restaurant and bar's operating hours, which are also limited. The phone in the room doesn’t work and the lighting is questionable. Finally, except for the bartender, the staff were not friendly. For the price and experience I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s an expensive place to sleep."

"My connecting flight to Seattle had to be rescheduled by Delta and I was given a voucher to stay overnight in Atlanta. I found the Radisson to be modern and beautiful. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The lighting was beautiful and energy efficient, with bright lamps in all the right spots. I especially loved the mirror in the bathroom with the lighted frame. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were attentive and helpful at check-in and breakfast. They had an avocado toast option on special, perfectly suited for me. The shuttle arrived as expected and got me back to the airport on time. I am a Senior and appreciate how well Delta and the Radisson staff took care of my needs. Thanks again, Sierra"
