"I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The valet team were the best...especially Kerry. We were in Atlanta during one of their coldest weekends on the books...our car was always ready with the heat on. Kerry and team went out of their way to open my mother's door and then run to open my door as well. I haven't had service like this at a 5star hotel. In addition to the amazing valet team and friendly front desk reps, the rooms were spacious and well maintained. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel during my next visit to Atlanta."

"To be clear-this review is for the Home2 Suites Atlanta Airport College Park on 1/7/24-1/8/24. The rooms are great. Breakfast did not taste good. Sausage tasted old. Eggs were overdone. Parking is valet only but all they did was park us in the second row from the door. Our truck window was broken out as well as 10 other vehicles in the lot. Staff sent a young man to tape up our window with a garbage bag and tape that didn't last out of the parking lot. Other than refunding our parking cost, the hotel would do nothing. Some of the front desk staff seemed like they'd rather not be there much less see you there. Some of the day staff seemed to genuinely care but management could not have cared less. As a note, all these vehicles could have been easily seen having windows smashed out from the front desk. I'm sure the sound could most likely have been heard as well."

"We parked here for our flight (~$8 a night). They are valet parking only. Although quickly (dropped of the vehicle and also retrieve it), but we didn't feel the valet employees were professional, felt a bit sketchy. We were given a little card which has a number so we can text to when we are on our way to the hotel for picking up the car, we tried it, just kept getting "Unfortunately, no valets are available to retrieve your vehicle at this time. Please try again in 10 minutes or present your ticket to the valet stand.". Retied a few times, same results. When we asked the valet person what's going on, he said he had never seen this, felt there might be a system issue. I felt he didn't really care to be honest... It's an easy short 2 min walk to the shuttle rail station (free), shuttle runs 24/7, we waited no more than 5 min each time, and it was a clean and comfortable ride. Love this part! All in all, you get what you pay for. Our car did returned in same condition, so can't complaint on that. But I might reconsider if I want to use their valet service again in the future."

"From the first moment my feet hit the ground for valet service to the front desk experience, I have been in awe by the level of hospitality, service, and care. Raven and Roderick made each encounter with the front desk a pleasant one and made me feel right at home. They really engage the customer and make sure they are taken care of. Opie and the rest of the Valet team were also kind, swift, and professional. The housekeeping staff were amazing and my room was always refreshed beautifully. The engineer quickly fixed any minor issue found in my room. Great stay."

"The only hotel I reserve when I fly into Atlanta! I stayed in this hotel Mid-December 2023, after it opened in May 2023. The Home2 Suites 2-Queen rooms are bright and full of natural light. The floor plans are conveniently designed; providing more than enough room for cartwheels, or to spread out paperwork for my job projects. Breakfast was good. There were 3 coffee stations, so I didn’t have to wait in a coffee line, at 5am before my flight. The walk towards the free train to the airport was so quick that it felt like a 2-3 minute stroll even toting our checked bags. Staff were warm welcoming, attentive, hospitable, and efficient. Kenya, Shanilla, and Raven answered all our questions upon arrival and reviewed our Hilton honors requested preferences, ensuring each were prepared in advance. I’ll be back."
