"Traveler beware - the hotel requires you to run the shower for 20 min before the hot water kicks on. Incredibly wasteful. (No, I did not take a hot shower). Dated, in poor condition, carpets dirty, grounds unkempt. The linens were clean - but I did check for bed bugs."

"The hotel claims to have airport shuttle but they only have it at limited hours and it’s not stated on the website where you’re booking the room. They also were 20 min late picking us up to go back to the airport."

"Hotel guest service wasn't the best. Upon entering the building desk attendee advised me there's no wifi. No suggestions to accommodate. False advertisement , no swimming pool, no fitness center. Room assigned to was nasty smelled like smoke. Chair to the desk had mold all over it. . Assigned to another room. Bathroom not cleaned & dusty. TV remote control hardly worked. Breakfast food wasn't good. Packaged breakfast. Overall bad service. A waste of money. The staff here lacks cleanliness. Hallways stinks and smells just like the rooms. Need to wear a mask before entering the room. Had to wipe down and clean the furniture just to feel comfortable. Room floors are dirty and need vacuumed."
