"Soooo I go this place because it looks pretty nice but I didn't read the reviews. I went by myself because my kid was in college so she couldn't go because they were doing finals. I'm exhausted so I totally forget that she has to be there to do the application. Ok. I try to get her to go in after I had did my paperwork but after looking at the reviews she decided to not apply. Well. I paid 100 for the application. 50 for me and 50 for her. Now to hear them tell it they didn't run my daughters information but they did. She wasn't there and didn't sign nor consent. When I ask for at least her application fee back because she never applied I was told it's non refundable? What??! Like first of all you weren't supposed to submit it until she came. But you went ahead and processed both people even with the other person present and because you don't want to get in trouble you just gonna keep my 100. One of the fees are invalid. And I want that 50 back. I will pursue it until I get it periodt! Ain't nobody tell y'all to do that. You said you were waiting until she got there because it's illegal to run an application without her so why did you?"

"They wanted rent money but they can’t fix nothing I have be in apartments for 1 year going on almost 2 year? pay my rent every month on time now I’m have problems with my oven there can the first two time and look at the oven. Now I have ask that I can I have a NEW STOVE cause I don’t trust the stove that I have rights now.:. When I cut the oven on it made a pop loud noisy, I don’t need my apartment to be on fire,"

"We need a whole new owner and definitely a whole new management and maintenance team.I placed a work order in not once but now twice and thy lied and said they came and fixed the problem. I talked to the current manager who stated she would look into it and I never received a follow up. It happened again I’m definitely done. Warning please do your research before moving here. 3 years in and currently looking at houses to move. With the rent going higher every year and the condition of the apartment is deteriorating from an infestation of termites which I’ve been complaining about since I been here it’s best to just own.
