"It seems likely that some of the reviews may not accurately reflect the customer experience. During my recent visit to view an apartment here, my interaction with a staff member was quite odd... Despite my attempts to engage and inquire about the different apartment options, I encountered a lack of helpfulness and courteousness. Clarity regarding the differences in apartment setups however her main focus was trying to tell me about pricing which I never asked for, was irrelevant to my MAIN CONCERNS which was the apartments set up and if the apartment reflected the pictures online but before I could even ask what I needed to ask she STORMED OFF with an attitude , and this made the overall experience feel negative and unwelcoming… because if you sat down and listened and let me ask what I needed to ask instead of trying to rush me and cut me off mid sentence because You have an attitude and don’t want to be at work…. It's crucial for businesses to ensure that their customers feel valued and well-informed, fostering a positive environment for all visitors."

"I’m not sure if these 5 star reviews are for money off rent or what the incentive is, however, they are inaccurate. The only good thing about this neighborhood is the maintenance staff. They do a great job at fixing what needs to be done quickly. The area however is awful. You hear gunshots multiple times a week, frequent shootings at the Kroger nearby and gas stations at the corner. When I first moved here, I asked about the crime, and the people up front said that they “don’t discuss that” which should’ve been my red flag to go. The gate is consistently broken and when they fix it, the line to get into the neighborhood sometimes gets so long that you have to wait for 10 minutes even if you have a gate key because most people need to use the call box. When you call up front, you don’t get the actual complex, which is not helpful when you have real questions. My apartment has mold, the tile in the shower is painted over so when you clean it it peels, I have roaches and a plethora of spiders despite how clean I keep my apartment. Only recommend if you truly don’t have any other option."

"This review is strictly for the maintenance crew, specifically Dominique, and he is wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and gives you quality work. He’s personable while getting the job done too. And I think the thing that I was most appreciative of the fact that he explained everything that he did and put steps in place to go about restarting the electrical outlets should they blow out again. He went above and beyond."
