Keys went above and beyond to meet the needs for my son getting out hospital making sure his apartment was suitable for him with his wheelchair. Loving the new place and the management that’s over the property. We will be here for a while. Thanks you guys for every thing you all did for my family!!!!"

"I am thankful, I checked out this complex. The staff is nice, helpful and informative. I came into the office at a time it was closed. The young lady at the desk handed out information and invited the guest to come and tour. I am glad I accepted the offer; Ms. Delacruz was helpful in the application process and granted my many request. My son and I are happy in our unit. "Toured the apartment with maintenance present. Was told that it would be up to my standards clean and ready by move-in. The property allegedly paid a cleaning crew but my apartment was still extremely dirty with cobwebs and dust in every closet. The leasing agent called them on her OWN ACCORD knowing that it was still not up to par and nothing changed after she called. Another leasing agent actually admitted that they had issues with paying a cleaning crew that doesn’t clean. I got no sleep in the five days I was there because their were roaches everywhere, one was even crawling on me one night. I had PTSD for weeks from this place… I purchased my own traps that did not matter because they were coming from underneath the carpet. They offered me another dirty apartment that costs more money to live in, they offered to bomb it too but the roaches are underneath the carpet, no way a bomb will fix that problem. I did not accept any of their offers and moved out. That was 5 months ago, and I’m just now receiving a refund request of 1/3 of my security deposit. This is unacceptable and I am a fair guy! Calling to dispute the refund would be a major headache as I’ve been met with nothing but backlash and nasty attitudes for just trying to live somewhere that isn’t a health hazard. Super disappointed in Greystar and this leasing team as a whole…. Small claims court on the way."

"Tashima was amazing! I was out of options and needed a place to go and she helped me every step of the way and made sure I got into my new home. The leasing office is so welcoming and everyone there are so friendly! I would definitely recommend reaching out to their front desk if in need of an immediate place to stay. I am very satisfied."

"I’ve been living here for 6 months now and I’m happy I gave this place a chance. The police have very obviously cleaned up this area, I mean a complete 360 from when I first moved here. This property is under new management and that is obvious as well! They have security that actually do their job and they are constantly updating the property. I love my apartment! The office staff are very helpful and friendly and the maintenance team is very capable and efficient. There was a crack in my ceiling and the maintenance guy Hannif got on it quickly fixed. Overall I can say that this new team knows what they are doing."
