"I lived here for 4 years and It was a fair experience overall. Maintenance is not as good as it used to be due to new management. Responses are good from management. It is a quiet area. It is not a gated community and Im glad to say I had no issues with car break ins. Fairly clean."

"I have been a resident 2 years here now. Great quiet community. Only thing is the bugs and creaking floors that bothers me ( they could be worse but I keep my place clean, sometimes I see none so it varies) I just feel safe out here especially with my children. No matter the time of day it’s always quiet, no one hanging out in the streets or loud music ! My neighbors are all respectful ! They care who they let in that’s for sure and staff is always nice. Highly recommend if it’s your first apartment starting out which it was my first unexpectedly !"
