"**UPDATE** I wrote this review while extremely upset about something that is not the communities fault. The Kia boys tictok video has taught these young kids something that they are taking advantage of. Ive never other then these 2 times had any issues here. It is quite, peaceful and I'd recommend anyone to move in here without hesitation. The children are safe to play in the streets here as we all look out for them on thier bikes and such, the neighbors are quite and there is very little to no hanging around causing issues. Im pleased with the way the complex is working with the police to help keep the crime down here. If you have an issue with maintenance you'll only need to let them know and they are on it. So I must change my 1 star to 4. Move in here only if you want your car broken into multiple times only for management to send out letters saying they aren't responsible. It's March and this is the second time my window has been broken into in the last 2 months and the 3rd or 4th incidents in the complex since January 1st. Do yourself a favor move elsewhere!"

"The worst apts complex in Stone Mountain don't move here. YOU BEEN WARNED car break inns at least twice a month, mold in every building. No central AC so you only getting a third of apartment cool or heated. I believe that's what's call a lot of mold build up in apt. They never fix to preserve apt rather just slap on and keep moving and they change managers like one would change their underwear. Every apartment is drafty so your cool air is going out during the summer and cool air coming in during winter so light bills will be high. and I can go on and on about the many problems that exists here in SHADOW TRACE APARTMENTS"

"I have one of the worst Units in the complex I had Mold coming from My Walls On my Dresser and Parts of my Bed in the cabinets where I keep my food and Against the wall of Kitchen Table Been On time with Rent for the past 5 Years! I Love the Quietness and everyone keeps to themselves and leaves for work or school and comes home. I want to Thank the Property Manager for being so patient with me and allowing me to move out do to the situation."

Shadow Trace Apartments is a small wonderful community with lots of diversity, long term tenants and security. Property management provide very up-dated SECURITY utilizing advanced technology with 24 hours monitored surveillance of the entire Shadow Trace Apartment community and beyond. Shadow Trace Apartments are great for empty nesters, people downsizing and couples. The community is walking distance to almost EVERYTHING!!!!!!!"

"The best complex in the whole stone mountain city Why shadow Trace is the best complex ? Ok there's two important things i need talking about . First the location and the complex Shadow Trace complex has a best location because it is close to any thing you need Your Neighbor is Kroger, MacDonald , burger king, Wal-Mart , cvs pharmacy , pet supermarkets ,bank's, ATM, and gas station's and the big Surprise is stone mountain park it's just 2.5 mi far away from you . The second thing is the complex Let start talking about the manager. He's very nice and helpful person and always looking forward to making the complex better and better . he work hard to make sure everything perfect . he walked around the complex to see what the resident need I'm Appreciates what he do for us The complex very quiet and clean You can call the Maintenance any time and for any issues The neighbors very friendly and Peaceful I think that's why it's the best"
